The Riverside Villas project demonstrates Bode TC’s advanced technical capabilities in constructing luxury residential properties on challenging terrain. This new build, comprising two independent villas, was defined by the necessity of ensuring stability and safety due to its riverside location. Our work began with the critical foundation phase, employing bore pile technology to secure the structural integrity of both villas against potential ground instability. Beyond the specialised foundation, Bode TC managed the full vertical construction and high-end fit-out, achieving a sophisticated design that capitalises on the riverside views while guaranteeing the long-term safety and durability of the entire structure.
