The Villa project in Tabanan, Bali, is a modern, single-story luxury villa new build that exemplifies Bode TC’s ability to execute high-quality construction on a compact footprint. Our team completed the full scope of works, successfully integrating an efficient habitable area with essential outdoor amenities. The design features a cohesive, open-plan interior and a private swimming pool. The project required meticulous attention to detail in all structural, architectural, and specialised works, including the construction of a dedicated Swimming Pool and full MEP system installation.
