Project overview

The Kerobokan project is a major commercial development (20 are) that highlights Bode TC’s specialisation in large-scale, comprehensive sports and lifestyle facilities. Our team was responsible for the full design construction of this dedicated padel center, which is designed as a complete hub for padel, dining, and remote work. The core of the facility features 4 professional padel courts, surrounded by multiple commercial spaces, including a restaurant, café, and specialised recovery areas. This project showcases Bode TC’s ability to seamlessly integrate technical sports infrastructure with high-end hospitality and co-working environments.

Construction and Facility Highlights (Commercial Development)

• Project Scale: Commercial development covering 20 are (2,000 sqm), built as a specialised Padel and Lifestyle complex.
  
  
• Sports Infrastructure: Construction of 4 professional Padel Courts, built to international standards for optimal playability.
  
  
• Hospitality & F&B: Integrated build-out of multiple guest-facing commercial areas, including a dedicated Restaurant and Café.
  
  
• Wellness & Support: Provision of specialised Recovery Area and full-service Changing Facilities for athletes and guests.
  
  
• Multi-Purpose Spaces: Innovative use of space, including a Mezzanine Co-working Area and a dedicated Merchandise Area (Pro Shop).
  
  
• Operational Facilities: Construction of the main Reception area and dedicated Parking to ensure efficient operation.
