This Villa project in Nyanyi, Tabanan, Bali, is a premier example of Bode TC’s capability in constructing high-specification, two-story luxury residences. Our team executed the full structural and architectural build, designing for optimal indoor-outdoor flow. The villa includes three bedrooms across two floors and features significant outdoor amenities, notably a private swimming pool and expansive decking. This project required comprehensive management of all works, including architecture, structure, mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP), and specialised pool construction, ensuring the final product delivered on a complex design brief and budget.
