Project overview

The Batu Bolong Renovation project highlights Bode TC’s expertise in comprehensive, large-scale property overhauls. This extensive renovation involved transforming a multi-structure property in the Batu Bolong area, covering a massive upgrade across six bedrooms and all core building systems. Our work encompassed full demolition and replacement of major elements like roofs, flooring, electrical and plumbing infrastructure, alongside the high-end design, fitting of new kitchens, bathrooms and a revived pool gazebo. This project demonstrates our strong capability in managing complex logistics, modernising older structures, and delivering an entirely new level of quality and functionality.

Construction and Quality Highlights (Large-Scale Renovation)

• Comprehensive Overhaul: Full-scope renovation covering six bedrooms and all associated structures, essentially rebuilding the property within the existing footprint.
  
  
• System Modernisation: Complete replacement of essential infrastructure, including new roofing (structural and finishing), flooring (across all areas), and full upgrades to all electrical and plumbing systems to meet modern standards.
  
  
• High-End Fit-Out: Designed and installed multiple new kitchens and bespoke, tiled new bathrooms, featuring modern fixtures and superior waterproofing.
  
  
• Custom Cabinetry: Manufacturing and installation of extensive fitted cabinetry throughout the property to maximise storage and achieve a streamlined, contemporary aesthetic in all bedrooms and common areas.
  
  
• Outdoor Amenities: Renovation of the pool gazebo and detailed renovation of the outdoor areas, including pool decking and landscaping integration.
